In a society where criminalization and stigma puts huge barriers, accessing essential HIV services and Sexual Health Supplies is daunting challenge for sex workers and our transgender communities across Morocco.
After more than one year of providing Sexual health supplies and HIV services from our own network . today we decided to break the barriers together.
TALAY’AN hear you ! Recognizing this pressing need, we are happy to unveil our innovative Walk-In Assistance Program in Rabat and Tangier .
This program Born out of our communities deep and valuable experiences within these spaces that may see them as a potential vector of disease , and not recognize their bodily autonomy and profession . born out of a deep-seated commitment to equity and dignity, TALAY’AN ‘s walk-in assistance aims to dismantle systemic barriers and foster the inclusivity and support to sex workers and Transgenders in this journey . and also a reality mirror but accompanied by us .
our program stands as a beacon of hope. We offer not just assistance, but companionship on the journey towards accessing these services. Through accompaniment to HIV service centres and sexual health clinics, we provide a lifeline to those navigating the complexities of the healthcare system.
At the core of our program is a dedication to creating a safe and nurturing environment, free from judgment and discrimination. Here, our fellow trans and sex workers can share their experiences, fears, and aspirations, knowing they are met with understanding and respect.
